Black Future Season
For the World Cup 2022, Nike asked us to create a conversation about Black football culture and a more inclusive future for the game, producing a film, stills and socials for Nike channels and Versus.
We worked closely with consultants and writers Aniefiok Ekpoudom and Calum Jacobs whose work has explored the connections between football and Black cultural expression to reveal the vibrancy and nuance of Black life in Britain. We also brought Mayowa Quadri from Versus on board to host and share his own experiences with a cast of Premier League and grassroots players.
